Cartier from Grand Pavilion
Washington, DC – Thibaut wallcoverings
have graced the walls of the White House as part of a redecorating project
by interior designer Kaki Hockersmith, of Kaki Hockersmith Interiors in Little
Rock, Arkansas. An elegant yet lighthearted pattern called “Chartier,” from
Thibaut’s new “Grand
Pavilion” collection was chosen for the guest bathroom on the second
floor, also available in “Thibaut
Classics” open sheet collection.
The unique design features French porcelain tea cups adorned with gold trimmings.
In previous years other wallpaper designs from Thibaut’s “Loire
Valley” collection were installed in the hallway and rooms on the third
floor of the building.
