Introducing River Road
New this month is River Road, a collection of rich, textural designs based on antique textiles and rugs. Chic, large-scale patterns include floral designs, paisleys, Jacobeans, bold silk stripes, and an elegant acanthus damask. With a wealth of design and detail, the patterns take on a tapestry appearance, and earthy, deep tones enhance their splendid appeal. Ballantyne, pictured here, is based on a Jacobean fabric and graced with large, fanciful flowers and stylized leaves. It has an all-over texture that mimics the weave of the original textile.

Green is the New “Neutral”
As today’s palette of neutral tones expands, it incorporates not just off-whites but a range of natural browns and greens. Green, in its soft and subtle gradations, has fast become the new “neutral.” Shades of sage, avocado, olive and khaki have an ubiquitous feel and yield an easy-going, comfortable look. Green works well with many other colors in the home, and it complements today’s environmental movement. Although Thibaut has always had a pulse on green in each new collection, the color is particularly prominent in Cypress. Designs incorporate handcrafted techniques while the simplified color palette and crisp style give the collection a modern look.
Coming
Soon...Filigree
Inspired by the delicate glamour of ornamental wirework, elegant metallics are a common theme throughout our new Filigree collection, due out later this year. Lustrous art and soft burnished effects are integrated into grand-scale patterns crafting a modern simplicity. The shimmering designs reflect beauty and style reminiscent of a centuries-old artisan craftsmanship. Henson, pictured here, is a dramatic arabesque with curvaceous scrollwork.
Thibaut Custom Program
Thibaut provides custom wallpaper and fabric services for your special projects. Most Thibaut wallpaper can be converted into print fabrics (when not already offered), and many Thibaut print fabrics can be custom printed on cotton, linen, and other substitutes. For commercial applications, Thibaut fabrics can be produced with appropriate fire resistant and other specifications which meet federal and state regulations. Thibaut wallpapers can be converted into Type I or Type II grade vinyl wallcoverings suitable for commercial use in public spaces. There are certain criteria that custom Thibaut projects must meet, and some may require additional printing tools (rollers, screens) which can affect costs.
