Q: My company has a Thibaut trade account, but I have not yet created a website profile. How do I do that?
A: To register yourself or a team member with a website profile, please complete the form on this page under ‘Register’. You will need your company’s Thibaut account number and shipping zip code to successfully register.
Q: I don’t have a Thibaut account number, how can I register on your website?
A: You must have a Thibaut trade account to register on our website. If you are interested in opening an account with us, please complete the application here.
Q: I attempted to register but I received an error message indicating my zip code and account number do not match.
A: Make sure to register with the shipping zip code we have on file for you, not your billing zip code which may be different. Should you need to confirm and adjust billing or shipping address information, please reach out to our Client Experience team.
