Q: I forgot my password, how can I get logged in?
A:You may request a temporary password here. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive immediately. Once you login with this temporary case sensitive password you may then change your password. Should you need further assistance, please reach out to our Client Experience team.
Q: I don't have a Thibaut account number, how can I get a login?
A:Thibaut is to the trade only, and you must first be in touch with your local Thibaut sales rep to establish a trade account here.
Q: I attempted to register but I received an error message indicating my zip code and account number do not match.
A:Make sure to register with the shipping zip code we have on file for you, not your billing zip code which may be different. Should you need to confirm and adjust billing or shipping address information, please reach out to our Client Experience team.
Q: I attempted to register and the submit button is not working
A:First try clearing your cache & cookies from your web browser and attempt to register again. Additionally your internet security settings on your current web browser may be causing this issue. Try downloading a new web browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Firefox.
Some features on our website are available exclusively to trade account holders. With an account, you can:
- View your discounted price
- View inventory status
- Order samples, product, reserves and CFAs
If you are a Thibaut account holder and haven’t registered for our site, please fill out the form below and we will email you a password. Your email address will be used as your user name on this site. After you have signed into the site for the first time, you can customize the password.
