Defined by a textured surface that evokes a loosely woven canvas, Fukue can stand alone as a statement wallcovering or be paired with other designs from the Graphic Elements collection as a coordinating plain. It shares the same base material as Hokkaido and Metallic Honshu, a metallic silver gauze printed on a non-woven base, ensuring seamless visual continuity across the collection.

Honshu, the largest of Japanese islands, is rich in typical traditions. Among those, the one of origami occupies a special place in local culture. The ancient art of folding paper is reproposed through the design of never ending paper ribbons, folding and intersecting each other on the whole surface of the wallcovering. The design is obtained through a print with matte inks in relief, contrasting with the background made of a metallic silver gauze on a non woven base.

Mikura stands out for its bold, graphic composition, where alternating horizontal stripes in contrasting colors create a striking visual impact. The surface is enriched with a fine micro texture produced by raffia applied over silver foil and then printed to form the design. The raised, matte finished stripes heighten contrast against the luminous background, enhancing depth and emphasizing the interplay of texture and light.

Rebun features vertical lines that echo the iconic canneté motif central to Giorgio Armani’s aesthetic. The surface is defined by a subtle micro texture created by raffia applied over silver foil and then printed to form the design. Towada & Niagara Fil Plain is offered in four coordinated colorways and is designed to pair seamlessly with the Towada Fil pattern. Printed on a fil posé support, it provides a refined, textural complement to the collection’s decorative themes.

Metallized Plain features softly lustrous finishes in subtle gradients from warm champagne to cool silver and graphite. Gently striated textures evoke woven silk or brushed metal, diffusing light for a refined, understated elegance.

One of Giorgio Armani’s favorite islands, Pantelleria was once known as the “Daughter of the Winds,” a name inspired by the constant breezes that shape its landscape. The island’s wild terrain is dotted with panteschi gardens, cylindrical stone structures built to shelter citrus trees from the wind. This distinctive character is reflected in the Pantelleria wallcovering, where an irregular, stone-like pattern unfolds over a background that subtly evokes the rippling movement of wind across the sea’s surface.

Ponza is known for its rugged coastline, where jagged rocks and dramatic cliffs rise above the sea. Not far from Rome, the island was once chosen as the setting for patrician villas, whose austere, geometric architecture echoed the island’s raw character. This sense of structure and strength is reflected in the wallcovering’s deconstructed check pattern, defined by bold, squared lines on a linen gauze background.

The isle of Elba, off the Tuscan shores, presents an extremely variegated landscape, interrupted by the famous mineral mines.The typical shades and reflections of tourmaline, beryl and garnet crystals of the island are reproduced on the surface of this wallcovering, made with the fil posé technique to add a touch of luster.
